In 2025, Sacramento Fine Arts Center invited artists to submit art for their new building banners. Sac Art received over 100 submissions from talented artists. Members of Sac Arts voted for the top 21 artworks to be proudly displayed on the front of the building.

In 2026, the banners were made possible by a Sacramento County Grant. installation of the Banners was completed by Carmichael Recreation and Park District.

Sacramento Fine Arts Center paired local artists with a Sacramento Historic locations, popular businesses, and iconic landscapes. 

Artists created their interpretations of these beautiful locations. Sac Arts used this art to create incredibley popular playing decks. Some decks are still available in the gift shop. Sales raise money for Sac Arts programs. 

In 2023, Sacramneto Fine Arts Center celebrated the Farm to Fork Capitol by pairing artists with community members to create a beloved Sacramento cookbook, Savoring Sacramento. 

This project was funded by a Sacramento County TOT Grant. Submissions for recipes and art was open to all of the Greater Sacramento Region. 

Cookbooks are still available in the Sac Arts Gallery Store. All sales raise money for programs at Sac Arts. 

The Art of Aging was a Impact Project Grant, funded by the California Arts Council. 

This project provided a series of free art workshops to seniors. The workshops placed an enphasis on the power art has on health and wellness as we age.

Artists shared their art and experiences in a book, The Art of Aging Well. Books are available at Sacramento Fine Arts Center.
