Textile Arts Group

Carol Rhodes-Wittich invites you to the first meeting of the Textile Arts Group at Sacramento Fine Arts Center. We are long overdue in demonstrating that fiber is as much of a fine art as any other medium.
Our purpose will be to educate our members and the public regarding the innovative use of fiber art techniques and to showcase the work of our members. The group will involve the creative exploration of processes such as dyeing, painting, printing, stitching, embellishing, quilting, weaving, knitting, felting and papermaking.

Textile Club meets on the 3rd Wednesday at Sacramento Fine Arts Center located at 5330-B Gibbons Drive Carmichael, CA 95608.
