Monthly Meeting

Wednesday, Juney 10, 2015, 7 pm
Steve Memering

After showing some examples of my own work and discussing my frustration with my conventional approach to painting, I’m going to then demonstrate how mixing media can produce some exciting results.
Some of these strategies are tried and true, others are very 21st century. Even if you're not a computer geek, and are happily committed to your own art medium , you may find this little chit-chat/demo fun and thought provoking.

Thank you Tom Thompson for the "Fine Art Restoration and Conservation" Demo in May!

Bold Expressions 2015 is open to all artists everywhere.  Fine art mediums welcome, 2D and 3D, must be original art, (no photography or video). September 10-October 24, 2015. Northern California Arts, Inc. sponsors this exhibit every year at the Sacramento Fine Arts Center.
